Castro (EA1/OU-038)

This is a video of a SOTA activation from the summit of Castro, near the city of Ourense.

You can hear the cavalry on the background at the end of the video.

    Good morning, very nice YouTube video and was just wondering what antenna you were using? It's always nice to hear a pileup when operating portable.

    It is a collapsible whip of military origin (from the former GDR). I use it with an SG-211 automatic antenna tuner.
